Following a string of robberies and other violent crimes, the Buckhead Coalition has pledged a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of suspects.

Coalition President Sam Massell called a news conference on April 3 about the robberies. While the Coalition didn’t specify any cases, in March there were three incidents where residents were kidnapped, driven to an ATM and forced to withdraw money, according to Reporter Newspapers broadcast partner CBS Atlanta. “It is of paramount importance to the public safety of those who live, visit, work, and play in this Community that such activity be vigilantly protected against,” Massell said via press release.
