The North Buckhead Civic Association sent along this important reminder about the Dec. 3 runoff:
Advance voting for the runoff election will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday through Friday, November 20-22, and Monday through Wednesday, November 25-27 at the following locations:
* Fulton County Government Center, 141 Pryor Street, Suite 4064, Atlanta, GA 30303
* North Fulton Annex, 7741 Roswell Road, NE Suite 224, Sandy Springs, GA 30328
* South Service Center, 5600 Stonewall Tell Road Room 108, College Park, GA 30349
There are runoff elections in both Buckhead and the city of Sandy Springs, both of which are in Fulton County.
In Buckhead, incumbent Atlanta Board of Education Chairman Reuben McDaniel will face former North Atlanta Parents for Public Schools president and local attorney Cynthia Briscoe Brown for the BOE’s Seat 8 At-large. To read the Reporter Newspapers voter’s guide for that race, click here.
