Atlanta Police Department investigators and Crime Stoppers Greater Atlanta are asking the public for information on two sexual assaults that occurred in Buckhead. A reward of up to $2,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible.

On Dec. 14 in the area of 3188 Roswell Road around 2 a.m., a white and/or Hispanic male suspect in his early 30s, picked up a 23-year-old female while impersonating a taxi driver as she was walking from the club area early Saturday morning. The suspect attempted to assault her. The victim was able to flee. The suspect was driving a black sedan.

On Dec. 20 in the area of 2828 Peachtree Rd, a white male suspect in his 20s driving a black Dodge Ram picked up a 20-year-old female by offering a ride to her hotel. The suspect drove the victim to an area away from the hotel and assaulted her. The victim was able to flee from the scene and notify police.

Persons do not have to give their name or any identifying information to be eligible for the reward of up to $2,000.
