Sandy Springs to look at study for future performing arts center

A performing arts center and meeting facility will be the topic of a special-called workshop of the Sandy Springs City Council on Wednesday, July 9, at 7 p.m.

Representatives from Johnson Consulting will overview their findings from a market feasibility study commissioned by the council to explore options for a center as part of the City Center Master Plan.

The council will tour other communities’ performance facilities starting at 1 p.m. on July 9.

The meeting is open to the public and will take place at Sandy Springs City Hall, 7840 Roswell Road, Building 500.
