Robert Wittenstein will serve as the president of the Dunwoody Homeowners Association starting with the Feb. 8 meeting.

Robert Wittenstein was named the new president of the Dunwoody Homeowners Association during the executive meeting Jan. 11.

“Thank you for your confidence in me,” Wittenstein wrote in his emailed announcement. “I look forward to the opportunity to serve the group.”

Additional elected officials include:

Rick Calihan, elected vice president (in abstentia)
Joe Tuttle, elected secretary
Lindsey Ballow, elected treasurer

Of the immediate past president, Stacey Harris, Wittenstein wrote, “Stacey may have small feet, but she has big shoes to fill. Please join me in thanking her for her great leadership.”

The first meeting for the DHA takes place Feb. 8, pushed back a week because of the Super Bowl.

The DHA will publish an agenda before the meeting, but Wittenstein wrote he expects the developers of the townhome project proposed for Dunwoody Village Parkway to come back with a revised proposal. “That will be interesting to see,” he wrote.
