The Sandy Springs City Council on March 3 approved terms with City Center developer Carter/Selig for the private components of the project and the architect of the public portion, Rosser.

According to the agreement, Carter/Selig will pay the city $25,000 per 295 residential units planned for the center, totaling $7,375,000.

Carter/Selig will lease retail space from the city at $11.38 per square foot, totaling $107,608 for 9,640 square feet.

The city also agreed to pay a fixed price of $12,536,357 to Rosser, which is responsible for architectural services for the public portion of the project, including a city office building, a performing arts center, a community theater and a city park.
