“presumed to be accurate”….the reporter should not assume information from any government agency is accurate. An agency like BPD has a vested interest in putting their spin on information and they are not required assure the information on that P2C website is accurate. Over the last few months I ‘ve seen very few Buford Hwy burglaries published on the site and on the weekly updates in The Reporter. It does not appear all the criminal activity information is winding up on the P2C for public consumption. It leaves the impression of a lower level of activity.
