A 33-year-old man faces peeping tom charges after he allegedly took photos and videos of women and girls at the Macy’s in Perimeter Mall.
Dunwoody Police arrested Patrick Bailey on May 28 and charged him with a felony peeping tom charge. Bailey is accused of taking photos and videos with his cell phone of women and young girls without their consent in public areas and dressing rooms of Macy’s.
Bailey admitted to taking photographs and videos of multiple females as they were either shopping or changing clothes, police said.
