Sandy Springs police are searching for a suspect who shot a man at the Nevadan Apartments on Sept. 21 and asking for the public’s help.

At about 11 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 21, a 26-year-old man called 911 to report he had been shot in the parking lot of 5501 Glenridge Drive, where the Nevadan Apartments are located. The man told Sandy Springs police officers that when he went to the mailboxes at the front of the complex he was shot by someone in a green van. Another witness described the vehicle as a green or gold minivan, according to a press release.

The victim is recovering with four gunshots to his back and neck.

  1. It’s not news, the daily death count, here. Everyone can carry a gun and law enforcement can’t so much as ask if they’ve a permit.

    In the rest of the world there would be a State Department Travel Warning for what goes on here daily. Inbound pilots on International flights should be warning passengers upon arrival.
