After reviewing the Blue Ribbon Commission report on cheating at Atlanta Public Schools on the 2009 Criterion-Referenced Competency Test (CRCT), Superintendent Dr. Beverly L. Hall ordered the immediate reassignment of principals at 12 schools and referred 107 APS employees to the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (PSC).

The district already has put into place actions recommended by commission investigators, including adopting new testing policies and test security procedures that were implemented prior to the administration of the 2010 CRCT exam.
