The Dunwoody Police are investigating a homicide that occurred at a Dunwoody apartment complex Dec. 26.
The victim was identified as 32 year old Ivan Perez. He was shot outside of building #8 of the Pointe at Perimeter Apartments, located at 100 Ashford Gables Drive.
He was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The suspect was last seen leaving the entrance of the apartment complex towards Ashford Dunwoody Road. Dunwoody Police do not believe it was a random shooting.
