A Fulton County Grand Jury has indicted Michael Parson on charges he attempted to murder his wife.
The grand jury returned the indictment on July 20, according to Reporter Newspapers broadcast partner CBS Atlanta.
Prosecutors allege Michael Parson on April 20 shot his wife, Adina, outside her apartment at Morgan Falls in Sandy Springs. Adina Parson was shot several times, including in the head. She continues to recover.
