Andrea Sneiderman’s bond conditions have changed to allow her to attend religious services, according to Reporter Newspapers broadcast partner CBS Atlanta.
CBS Atlanta reports that a DeKalb County judge on Sept. 20 said Sneiderman, who is on house arrest, may attend three religious services during the Jewish holidays.
Sneiderman is accused of conspiring with her boss to murder her husband, Rusty Sneiderman.
Attorneys for Sneiderman said no potential witnesses in the case attend Sneiderman’s synagogue, CBS Atlanta reported.
