Judge Gregory A. Adams has denied Andrea Sneiderman’s request for a new trial.

In January Sneiderman asked for a new trial in her 2013 conviction for perjury and hindering the investigation into the slaying of her husband, Rusty, who was shot outside a Dunwoody day care by Sneiderman’s boss, Hemy Neuman.

Sneiderman, released from prison in June, seeks the new trial to clear her name. Exoneration is “very important” to Sneiderman, her former attorney, J. Tom Morgan, told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution last year.
