Businesses in the Perimeter area can find help developing alternative transportation programs and services for their employees and tenants.
The Perimeter Community Improvement Districts announced May 14 that it is launching a free service called Perimeter Connects to help employers develop alternative transportation programs. Perimeter Connects will take over former clients of the Perimeter Transportation Sustainability Coalition, the PCIDs said.
The new program will offer sales of discounted/bulk MARTA Breeze cards, shuttle and vanpool assembly and routing and consultation services, the PCIDs said in a press release.
“The success of the Perimeter market is due to our focus on transportation improvements and alternatives,” PCIDs CEO and President Yvonne Williams said in the release. “We are excited to announce Perimeter Connects, a consultancy service which will offer employers a wide variety of transportation and transit options.”
